This March, Lees embraced its first sales high season with many orders. Following is the expanded demands for parts. In order to meet our customers’ demands, Lees established a group in charge of parts sales, production, sourcing, packing, delivery and customers’ feedback. This group aims at ensuring our customers get the totally protected parts at the earliest time.
The group will collect all photos and models of parts customers need for their confirmation and choose the best transport for them either by air or by sea. For light weight and urgently needed goods, we usually choose international express delivery. For express companies, we have mainly four cooperators, like DHL, Federation, UPS and TNT which our customers can decide the one they would like. Regarding the heavy goods, if not for the emergency, we recommend sea freight which is much cheaper than airway. Every time, LEES deliver the goods, they will attach the considerate after sales service sheet for contacts and feedbacks. While, after delivery, LEES will keep track on every transport situation making sure the customers can get the parts in time.
